The Letters of Paul
8 studies, in the order they were taught. All series
Romans: Saved by Grace Through Faith
Romans 1–16
Paul's longest letter explains the gospel: all are sinners, and God declares us righteous through faith in Jesus. Believers then live that out in love and service.
1 Corinthians: Called to Be Different
1 Corinthians 1–16
Paul writes to a divided, worldly church in Corinth to correct it. God calls his church to unity, holiness, love and a life lived with eternity in view.
Galatians: Freedom in the Gospel
Galatians 1–6
Paul writes to churches told they had to keep Jewish rules like circumcision to be saved. Salvation is by faith in Jesus alone, and we live it out by walking in the Spirit.
1 Thessalonians: Hold Fast Until Christ Returns
1 Thessalonians 1–5
Paul's first letter to a young church that was suffering for its faith. He assures them of their salvation, urges holy living, and comforts them about Christ's return.
2 Thessalonians: Stand Firm
2 Thessalonians 1–3
Hold fast while waiting for Jesus to return, and live a disciplined, godly life (2 Thessalonians 2:15).
2 Timothy: Guard the Gospel
2 Timothy 1–4
Paul’s last letter to a young, timid pastor: stay faithful, courageous and committed to God’s Word.
Titus: Sound Faith for a Tough Place
Titus 1–3
Paul writes to Titus, his “true son in our common faith,” who is leading the churches on the island of Crete.
Philemon: From Runaway to Brother
Philemon 1–25
Paul’s shortest letter asks Philemon to welcome back Onesimus, a runaway slave who has come to faith, no longer as a slave but as a dear brother. Faith refreshes others and makes room for forgiveness.
